Junk Removal

Junk removal is done by volume based on what you are getting rid of. We take into account large and bulky or excessively heavy items and price accordingly. Typically our minimum charge for a haul is $100, that's about a couch size pile of trash. We don't take hazardous waste and anything that may be an outlier please see the pricing below for different items that we get charged for individually at the dump which would be added fees to the cost of the project.

Special Handling

Special handling refers to Art or special items needing to be moved that require extra attention. This could be art or expensive chests picked up for a delivery, etc. These would be charged on an hourly basis, unless extra special instruction is needed. Typically we charge $150/hour for two guys and the truck with a two hour minimum, so minimum bill would be $300. Please give us as many details as possible when we're doing these types of jobs so we can complete the task with ease.

Small Moves

Small moves would be moving items to a storage unit, or deliveries of sorts in moving only a small amount of things from one place to another. We are not in the line of doing whole house moves, although we could under special circumstances. This would be charged at a rate of $150/hour with a two hour minimum. 

Extra Note

We can also perform a mix of all three things and price it accordingly. Estimates will always be given and if prices or things change as the job progresses we will always communicate that with you so no one is surprised when the bill comes.
